Brandy House Farm

for one centre holidays

Testimonials

Dear Medina and Karen, at last a very belated but absolutely HUGE THANK YOU for the wonderful trip across Wales, It all feels like a long time ago now.............But I do want to say thank you. It was a really fabulous holiday , made perfect by the planning, attention to detail and excellent leadership that you both brought to it. I felt safe and cared for as well as challenged and respected. Thank you both hugely. It was wonderful to re-live it all with the photos. I like the ones with one black ear in them best and I loved remembering Karen peering back with a grin and a camera to get the shots of the back of the ride.....what a wonderful time. Did I say thank you? Ah well, I expect you guessed that is what I wanted to say. Bless you both and here's to the next time.

lots of love Viv (and thank you)

Local Directions

If you are approaching from Knighton, turn up a sharp (*) left as you pass the speed limit sign on reaching the village, opposite the village sign (please note that the Brandy House is not signed). Continue up the lane over the two cattle-grids (**) and we are at the top about 150 metres from the main road.

If you are approaching from Newtown, leave on the A483 (signed Llandrindod Wells) to Dolfor. Turn left onto the B4355. Go through the village of Felindre and as you leave it, turn up to your right just before the end of speed limit sign (please note that the Brandy House is not signed). Continue up the lane over the two cattle-grids and we are at the top about 150 metres from the main road.

* If you are travelling with a lorry from the Knighton direction you may find it easier to go past the turn, through the village and turn at the crossroads on the other side of the village, then approach as if from Newtown.

** You will find it easier to open the gates than to drive over the cattle grids if you have a big lorry.
